Ai Mori d’Oriente is found in one of the
quietest parts of the city.
The neighborhood is known as Cannereggio. It is off the beaten path to
tourists, so it is private and discrete place to stay. You will discover
the “bacari” and other unique restaurants that offer local snacks and
typical meals. |

The other points of interest near by are the
Ghetto, the island of Murano, the Casino, and many churches and works of
art located in walking distance.
By Train
If you have come by train, just out of the S. Lucia train station you
will find the water bus transportation to take you to the hotel. Any
waterbus will take you to the hotel in five minutes.
If you are coming to us from the San Marcuola stop, come across the
square by church and turn left behind the church. Fallow Rio Terrà del
Cristo to your right, and keep going straight to Rio Terrà Farsetti,
until the wooden bridge. After the bridge, turn right, fallow the first
street on you left, calle del Forno, and at the end on the right you
will find the hotel. If you are coming by waterbus, getting off at the
Madonna del Orto stop, keep going straight on calle Larga Piave until
you reach Fondamenta della Madonna del Orto. After which, you will keep
going to the right, along the Fondamenta della Madonna del Orto, and
after the bridge, continue on calle Loredan. At the end of the calle,
turn right and you will find the hotel.
By Car
Arriving by car from the motorway A4 or A27, take the Mestre exit, and
along the “tagenziale” go in the direction of Venezia. Go across the
“Ponte della Liberta”, and you will find yourself in Piazzale Roma,
where you will find parking for your car. You may also find parking at
the Tronchetto, going back out of Piazzele Roma. From both parking lots
you may use the water bus lines to reach the hotel. Any line you choose,
you will be at he hotel in five minutes. If you are coming to us from
the San Marcuola water bus stop, come across the square by church and
turn left behind the church. Fallow Rio Terrà del Cristo to your right,
and keep going straight to Rio Terrà Farsetti, until the wooden bridge.
After the bridge, turning right,, fallow the first street on you left,
calle del Forno, and at the end on te right you will find the hotel. If
you are coming by waterbus, getting off at the Madonna del Orto stop,
keep going straight on calle Larga Piave util you reach Fondamenta della
Madonna del Orto. After which, you will keep going to the right, along
the Fondamenta della Madonna del Orto, and after the bridge, continue on
